Stainton Playgroup

Mondays, 9.30-11.30

We are a very friendly and welcoming group for babies and pre-school children. It’s a chance for local parents and carers to meet each other and relax over a brew, whilst their little ones play. We have a good variety of different toys and provide craft activities, messy play and much more. You just need to bring a snack and drink for your child, tea, coffee and biscuits is provided for the adults and the cost is £3/child, and £1 thereafter for siblings. The first visit is free and babies are free up until 6 months.

Karate offers a range of both physical and psychological benefits such as concentration, self-confidence, self-control and discipline, mutual respect, physical co-ordination and well-being and personal achievement. Sing and Sign Music Group

Thursdays, 9.30-13.00

Sing and Sign is for parents and babies/toddlers teaching baby sign. Developed with the help of speech and language experts and launched in January 2001, the ‘Sing and Sing’ programme has taught tens of thousands of parents across the UK how to sign their babies and encourage amazing early communication.
