Stick Mobility

Wednesdays for one hour at 13.00, 17.30, 18.30 and 19.30

Stick Mobility is a revolutionary training system that improves your mobility, stability and strength making you move better than you ever have. The exercises use the Mobility Stick as a tool to improve your range of motion, muscle activation, coordination and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement. The classes are led by Chartered Physiotherapists who are Certified Stick Mobility instructors.


Kickboxercise

Fridays, 13.45-14.45 until 10th December, then resumes on 7th January

Learn to kick and punch using your whole body. Individual practice plus pad work included. You will love it!

All welcome. If you are new to Kickboxercise then if you can attend the first session on the 7th January I will run through the punches and get you started. Further teaching will be given other weeks but it’s good to go through the basics at one session first.

Gloves and pads, plus mats are provided but you are welcome to buy and bring your own. Cotton gloves will be given to you to use in the loan gloves and pads.

Just bring some water and a smile!
