Fitness Pilates with PureStretch

Tuesdays, 09.15-10.00 and 10.30-11.15

Fitness Pilates is based on the original teachings of Joseph Pilates with each exercise designed to make the maximum use of your time by targeting the deep postural muscles of the body, building strength from the inside out and re-balancing your muscles.

Fitness Pilates with PureStretch is a no-impact class suitable for men and women of all ages, levels and abilities as options are given for safe exercises that promote a balanced body, a longer, leaner, toned shape, superb posture, a flat stomach, a strong back and increased mobility and flexibility.

Get Fit 4 Life

Wednesdays, 10.15-11.15

Fun seated/standing session. After a little catch up we work on balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. And play some games… Definitely something to look forward to in the week!

Stick Mobility

Wednesdays for one hour at 18.00 and 19.00

Stick Mobility is a revolutionary training system that improves your mobility, stability and strength making you move better than you ever have. The exercises use the Mobility Stick as a tool to improve your range of motion, muscle activation, coordination and body awareness to build a strong foundation for better movement. A class that involves rotating through different exercises focusing on strength, cardio and mobility.
Including the Bosu ball, which challenges your body in different ways, leading to improved strength, stability and coordination.

PureStretch

PureStretch involves stretch routines, core strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates with fun thrown in. We use a variety of equipment, which is all provided, to lengthen, strengthen and mobilise!

Let’s Box

Fridays, 13.30-14.30

Full body workout where time just flies by. Learn to kick and punch using your whole body. Individual practice plus pad work included. You will love it!

Gloves and pads, plus mats are provided but you are welcome to buy and bring your own. Cotton gloves will be given to you to use in the loan gloves and pads.

Come and join this fun, friendly fitness class for all. Just bring some water and a smile!
